The purpose of the Drug Rehabilitation and Training Center is to assist people suffering from a variety of alcohol and drug addictions by providing quality, life-style counseling. The center provides a friendly, non-judgmental, atmosphere for addicts to express themselves without judgment and reproach. It offers a complete package of related services including detoxification, individual treatment plans, life skills training, relapse prevention and life coaching. It is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and is close to the towns of Fannin, Blairsville, and Lithodilla, just south of Murphy, North Carolina. This rehab clinic was named after the organization of its founders, who were lifetime alcoholics, and their focus was to provide an environment that provided the best possible chance for recovery.

As its main goal is to provide the best possible care and counseling for addicts, the center works closely with many local hospitals to coordinate treatment. The facilities are equipped with top of the line therapies and services that are used to treat addiction to alcohol and other drugs. The center’s programs include onsite residential treatment as well as outpatient treatment. In-patient services consist of residential treatment, detoxification, individual therapy, and support/referral services. Out patient services can be arranged with the doctor’s office or anywhere that you feel comfortable with out being in the actual facility.

One of the great things about the program at the center is that it is staffed with doctors, nurses, and therapists who have a variety of years of experience. This enables the staff to be able to customize treatment plans to meet the needs of each patient.
