The village of UTA Halee Cooper is located on the Oskaloosa River and is south of Omaha, Nebraska. The Village Corporation is a non-profit organization that works to develop affordable housing and community access to healthcare. They offer a number of resources including youth soccer programs, youth and young adult recreational activities, and summer camp programs. The main drug addiction treatment facility in the area is the UTA Halee Cooper Village Corporation, which offers a full range of substance abuse treatment services and substance misuse education and counseling. The Village is also a provider of workforce development training and job assistance for people with substance addictions.

The Village offers a few substance abuse treatment programs that are very similar to others in the area, but also offers specialty programs based on the specific needs of individuals. Their Intensive Substance Abuse Treatment Program focuses on cutting the number of people who are suffering from substance abuse disorders. Among the specific programs offered through the UTA is the Specialized Drug Addiction Treatment Program (SDT), which provides customized inpatient substance abuse treatment for those suffering from heroin addiction. Others offer specialty inpatient substance abuse treatment including ADHD, OCD, and Cocaine Addicts. They also offer outpatient substance abuse treatment programs including those for those with ODD, OCD, and other mental disorders.

The Village Corporation does not have any residential treatment center facilities; however, they do have residential treatment centers in Omaha that can only be used by their clients or residents. These residential treatment centers are called Outpatient Drug Rehab Centers. They are the inpatient type of substance abuse treatment centers and offer their clients the opportunity to be treated at their own pace. Some of the facilities offer their clients an inpatient treatment option where individuals stay at the UTA Halee Cooper Village and can still go home to their families each night. Others offer outpatient substance abuse treatment including both inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment programs.
