Colorado offers several treatment programs to help individuals overcome their addictions to drugs and/or alcohol. It also offers addiction treatments for those who suffer from other mental disorders, including those with schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, bipolar, anxiety, schizophrenia and various mental disorders. People looking to overcome an addiction can begin treatment in any of the 12-step programs located throughout the state.

In residential rehabilitation centers, alcohol rehabilitation is offered for individuals who want to stop drinking. Inpatient treatment is also available in Colorado’s residential rehabs and in some of its outpatient treatment centers.
