“A good day to take a look in the Foo Files,” the Dave Grohl-led band teased on social media. “How about a few elusive live tracks?”
The songs “Wattershed” and “For All the Cows” are from the band’s self-titled 1994 debut album, with both performances coming from the band’s 1995 Live at Reading Festival appearance in London.
The third song “Next Year,” was the final single from the band’s 1999 album, There Is Nothing Left to Lose, with the performance taken from Cold Live at the Chapel in Melbourne, Australia back in February 2000.
Further, the band is asking fans to submit photos, videos, and memorable stories to a link provided in their tweet. “You never know what we’ve got up our sleeves,” the message reads.
