Mat Kearney has shared “Kings & Queens,” the lead single from his forthcoming studio album CRAZYTALK. The song – which was featured on Spotify’s New Music Friday today – was written by Kearney along with Judah Akers of Judah & the Lion and Grammy-Award winning writer and producer David Garcia, who also produced and mixed the track at his studio – Rock The Soul Entertainment.
“Kings & Queens” is the fourth new song Kearney has released from CRAZYTALK which is set to drop this spring via a new partnership with Caroline. In November, Kearney released “Better Than I Used To Be” – his first new music since 2015’s Just Kids LP and first new song from the new album. A collaboration between Mat and electronic producer AFSHeeN (Galantis, Selena Gomez, Madonna), “Better Than I Used To Be” has since streamed more than 4 Million times and made its way onto numerous playlists including New Music Friday, Viral Hits and Chill Nation and is in heavy rotation on Sirius XM Chill! The song was followed in December by “Face to Face” and “Don’t Cry For Me,” which have racked up more than 2 Million additional streams combined.

At the end of November Kearney announced, the “CRAZYTALK TOUR” – a two-month long run that kicks off the third week of February in the Pacific Northwest and makes stops at The Wiltern in LA, The Riviera in Chicago, House of Blues in Boston, PlayStation Theatre in New York, The Tabernacle in Atlanta, and The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville before wrapping in the Southwest with three Texas shows.
