Rob Thomas will release a 18 song live DVD on June 30th, entitled Something To Be Tour – Live at Red Rocks. The DVD release coincides with the release of Thomas’ new album “Cradlesong.” Captured in High-Definition with 5.1 Surround Sound, the concert features music from Thomas’ solo career as well as Matchbox Twenty, and includes a special acoustic arrangement of “Smooth,” as well as a cover of the David Bowie classic “Let’s Dance.” The DVD will be available in both standard definition and Blu-Ray formats. Filmed at The Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, many of the songs performed on the DVD were aired on PBS during the station’s SoundStage broadcast in 2007.
