The Used have announced that they are canceling their upcoming 2020 U.K. and European tour dates, including an appearance at this year’s Slam Dunk Festival.
The rock band said the cancellation was necessary, because “an opportunity has arisen for The Used that we absolutely couldn’t turn down.”
More about “the opportunity” will be revealed ASAP in a “big news update,” the Used said in a statement on Twitter.
“We apologize to all our fans who already made plans to see us and we promise to make it up to you very very soon,” they tweeted.
The tour was planned to kick off after their new album Heartwork’s scheduled release on April 24.
