Shinedown have earned a record-tying No. 1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Songs chart as the band’s “Attention Attention” topped the list. The band’s “Attention Attention” is its 15th track to top the chart, helping the band to match Three Days Grace’s record. “Attention Attention” rose from 2nd position to the top spot on the February 1-dated list. “We are speechless and over the moon to have reached this milestone,” Shinedown frontman Brent Smith told Billboard. “Thank you to every single passionate fan that is a part of the Shinedown family and to all of the amazing radio stations in the rock format that have supported us over the years — you continue to inspire and we could not have achieved any of this without you,” he added. “Onward and upward we all rise together.” “Attention Attention” also marks Shinedown’s fifth straight No. 1; prior to the release of “Attention Attention,” the band reached No. 1 with “How Did You Love” in March 2017.
