Lifehouse is readying the release of their third album, a self-titled record that will hit stores on March 29th, and feature their brand new single ‘You And Me’. This is Lifehouse’s first release in three years, and first release on Geffen Records. The band previously released “No Name Face” and “Stanley Climbfall” on DreamWorks Records, which was bought out by Universal shortly after the release of Lifehouse’s second album. The band has been giving fans a preview of the new record over the past few weeks on their website, posting uncut demos straight from the studio. However, the band is getting ready to release the first single from the album, ‘You And Me’ to radio later this month. The song, a slow heartfelt ballad, is quite reminiscent of the bands biggest hit “Hanging By A Moment”. Last November, the band announced that they had added a new bassist by the name of Bryce Soderberg. The band had previously consisted of just front man Jason Wade, and Drummer Rick Woolstenhulme after the exit of the former bassist Sergio Andrade. Fans can look for the new Lifehouse record in stores on March 29th. Listen: “You And Me”
