The Indie Song of the Day comes from Raleigh-based Thirsty Curses. The North Carolina band is a garage rock outfit formed in 2017 behind the material for singer-songwriter Wilson Getchell. The band is made up of Wilson Getchell, Kelley Otwell, Phillip Harrington, and Clayton Herring.
The banad plays a little bit of everything punk, folk, country, prog rock, alternative, and even pop. The band just released their third album in three years. We’re featuring their song “Cold Black Ink” from the record.
