Today’s Indie Song of the Day comes from Minneapolis band Cold Kingdom. The band’s shared the stage with Chevelle, Buckcherry, Saving Abel, Puddle of Mudd, Saliva and others. They’ve also performed at Summerfest and RockFest. They just released a self-titled EP featuring five songs and the song we’re featuring today is the first track on the EP – it’s called “The Break.” The song is a hard-hitting jam that shows off the vocals of frontwoman Dani Engum and the band’s overall musicianship.
