Two of Paramore’s founding members have confirmed that they are leaving the band. Brothers Josh (lead guitar) and Zac Ferro (drums) broke the news in an announcement posted on their official website. Despite the two leaving, the remaining members plan to keep the Paramore alive. Frontwoman Hayley Williams, bassist Jeremy Davis, and guitarist Taylor York will continue doing what they love while Josh and Zac do what they feel is best. A recent blog post from the band read: “A couple of months ago, Josh and Zac let us know they would be leaving the band after our show in Orlando last Sunday. None of us were really shocked.” The remaining members add: “For the last year it hasn’t seemed as if they wanted to be around anymore. We want Josh and Zac to do something that makes them happy and if that isn’t here with us, then we support them finding happiness elsewhere.”
