The remaining members of Paramore are wasting no time moving forward after losing their drummer and guitarist, brothers Josh and Zac Farro, who quit the band last month. The band has confirmed that guitarist Taylor York’s brother Justin will fill in on guitar and rock veteran Josh Freese will step in on drums. Justin York has previously toured with Paramore as a guest guitarist and Freese has played with a variety of top acts including Nine Inch Nails, A Perfect Circle, Devo, Queens of the Stone Age, and Weezer. “Neither Josh Freese nor Justin York are joining as members, just helping us for the South American tour :),” Hayley Williams tweeted of the newbees. Williams also recently revealed that the band is currently working on a collection of new material for the follow-up to their 2009 album Brand New Eyes. “Tonight @itstayloryall [Taylor York] sent me the 1st official demo for me to write lyrics to,” Williams tweeted on December 30. “And I am so hopeful and motivated for the future!!” She later added, “Writing . . . writing . . . writing stuff.”
