Alt-pop band lovelytheband announces today their upcoming 29-date headlining ‘broken like me’ fall tour starting August 15 and ending October 21. The tour will hit major cities such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Nashville, Washington D.C. and more. During these shows, lovelytheband will perform their hit singles “broken” and “these are my friends” as well as new music.
Their hit single “broken,” which is off of their debut EP everything i could never say…, broke the record for the longest running #1 track on Alternative Radio thus far this year at 6 weeks, has over 25 million streams worldwide and was described simply as “So. Damn. Good.” by Buzzfeed and “infectious” by Billboard. Their new single “these are my friends” released on May 11 and already has nearly 800,000 streams worldwide and was featured on Spotify’s New Music Friday playlist.
The band, who was named one of Billboard’s “10 Rock & Alternative Artists to Watch in 2018,” recently wrapped up their tour with Vance Joy, and will continue to tour this summer before their fall tour at various festivals including Lollapalooza and Billboard’s Hot 100 Festival as well as with alt/rock band AWOLNATION in June.
