Kings of Leon are denying any and all reports that they have kicked singer Caleb Followill out of the band for his “diva-like behavior.” According to gossip tabloid Star magazine, Matthew and Jared Followill “started to resent Caleb’s antics as he was late to rehearsals, neglectful of band meetings and [was] displaying diva traits.” The article goes on to say that “Jared and Matthew [may] take over lead vocals.” The news of the firing was immediately denied by Nathan Followill and he took to his Twitter account to do so. “BREAKING NEWS: Kings Of Leon has kicked Caleb out and Jared and Matt will be taking over lead vocals. Where do people come up with this sh*t? Hilarious,” he tweeted. The rumors stem from an incident in which Caleb walked off stage and didn’t return during a recent concert, which led to the Kings cancelling the rest of their summer tour because Caleb was too ill and exhausted to continue.
