The Foo Fighters have announced the details of the band’s upcoming seventh album, titled Wasting Light, is due out April 12th. The first single, “Rope” is due to debut on radio Feb 23 and digital retailers shortly after. Produced by Butch Vig and mixed by Alan Moulder, Wasting Light was recorded entirely on analog tape in the garage of Grohl’s home in California’s San Fernando Valley during the fall of 2010. The no computers/no software back to basics approach has reportedly resulted in arguably the strongest and most cohesive effort of the band’s 15-year-plus career. Wasting Light Tracklist:1.
