Late last week, British rock band Coldplay officially announced North American show dates for their A Head Full Of Dreams tour. The announced schedule spans 366 days from the announcement, kicking off on August 1 at MetLife Stadium near New York City, and wrapping up on October 8 at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego. Coldplay will also include four show dates in Canada, marking their first Canadian appearances in five years. Tickets for these upcoming shows go on sale to the public starting at 10 a.m. EST October 15. The tour is supporting the A Head Full Of Dreams album, which is rumored to be Coldplay’s final studio release. These newly announced dates will be preceded by an extensive world tour, which will see Coldplay performing shows throughout Australia and New Zealand later this year, and throughout Europe in early 2017 before turning their attention to the North American schedule.
