Chvrches have released a new amine-themed video for their song “Under the Tide.” The clip, directed by Sing J. Lee, pairs performance shots from band member Martin Doherty with anime footage, including clips of a spaceship comprised entirely of laser lights, and the band itself as made from tiny, twinkling stars. The song is taken from their debut album The Bones Of What You Believe, which was released last year through Virgin Records and Goodbye Records. The album reached number one on the Billboard Top Independent Albums chart and number three on the Billboard Top Alternative Albums chart. It spawned five singles, “The Mother We Share,” “Recover,” “Gun,” “Lies,” and “We Sink.” Chvrches will also join Foals and SBTRKT to contribute to a brand new version of the Drive soundtrack.
