Following the mass shooting in El Paso that killed at least 20 people, Blink-182 postponed their concert that was scheduled to be held in the Texas city on Sunday. “Following today’s terrible tragedy in El Paso we are postponing our Sunday, August 4th show at the UTEP Don Haskins Arena in solidarity with the community,” Blink-182 tweeted. “Sending our love to the entire community of El Paso.” In what is seen as a hate crime, at least 20 people were killed and 26 others injured when a 21-year-old gunman opened fire at a Walmart store in the southern border town of El Paso on Saturday. Blink-182 band members were staying at a hotel a few miles away from the venue of the shooting. Frontman Mark Hoppus tweeted that they were “locked down” in the hotel after the mass shooting occurred. Copyright(c) 2019 RTTNews.com. All Rights Reserved
