Beck has released a new song, “Saw Lightning,” from his upcoming album, Hyperspace. “Saw Lighting” is a collaboration between Beck and Pharrell Williams. The song was co-written and co-produced by the duo, with Williams providing some backing vocals and instrumentation. Hyperspace, which is Beck’s 14th studio album, is a follow up to the Grammy award winning 2017 album Colors. Colors won the Grammy for Best Alternative Music Album. A statement by Beck doesn’t specify a release date for the new LP but says it will come out at “an as yet undetermined point in the space time continuum.” Meanwhile, Beck will embark on a co-headlining summer North American tour alongside Spoon and Cage the Elephant in July.
