Alt-rockers AWOLNATION are set to collaborate with former Journey fronter Steve Perry on their sophomore effort. Aaron Bruno told Rolling Stone magazine that the pair became friends after Perry contacted him: “We became friends. It feels weird for me to talk about – I feel like I’m bragging about how this legend likes the music I’ve written. But he asked for my number. He reached out to me.” Bruno added that he has a couple other collabs in mind for the follow-up to the band’s debut, Megalithic Symphony
