AJR have announced The Click Tour, an epic 32-date headline trek that will bring the trio’s vivacious live show to major cities across the United States and Canada. Kicking off on February 8th in Raleigh, NC, AJR will make stops in Nashville, Los Angeles, Chicago and more with a special hometown show at Terminal 5 in New York City. Extending through the spring, The Click Tour will then lead the band to Gulf Shores, AL, where they will play a set at Hangout Music Festival.
The tour derives its namesake from the band’s acclaimed 2nd full length album, The Click which was released earlier this year and features current single “Sober Up.” A testament to the band’s widespread appeal, the nostalgic anthem sits at #14 at Alternative Radio with major market support from the likes of KTCL Dever, WRFF Philly, KYSR Los Angeles, Sirius XM Alt Nation and more! The track has also racked up an impressive 10 million streams and climbing!
2017 saw many accolades for the band who kicked off the year by selling out both legs of their What Everyone’s Thinking headline tour. The release of The Click generated critical applause from Billboard, Time, Nylon, Paper, Pop Crush, and more and landed the band national TV performances on TODAY and Live With Kelly and Ryan. Later on, they received RIAA Platinum certification for viral hit single “Weak” and were personally sought out by Academy Award Nominee Morgan Spurlock, to record the theme song to his newest documentary Super Size Me 2: Holy Chicken!. AJR also penned the theme song for the It’s On Us organization and had the honor of performing it at the White House for former Vice President Joe Biden at the It’s On Us Campus Sexual Assault Summit. The busy year also included very special performances at The Grammy Museum, The Little League World Series, Austin City Limits, and Midtown Music Festival.
