Today’s Indie Song of the Day is coming from Sightline Heights, a new project from Philadelphia, PA featuring Marc Eimer. The debut single from Sightline Heights is “Someone You Know” and it’s the track we’re featuring today. A former music industry manager, Marc managed Range Recordings Studios and worked with a variety of indie artists in the Philadelphia area, in addition to setting up nationally-distributed record release campaigns. Now, he works at a tech job, but on the side he also writes and co-writes music – that’s what led him to writing his own songs. If “Someone You Know” is any indication, he’s onto something. Eimer will release his self-titled debut EP on June 8th.
