The Indie Song of the Day comes from Camden Welles, a band that’s an offset of Alternative Addiction favorites Young Rising Sons. New Jersey trio Young Rising Sons took a break in October of 2019 to pursue new music under a new name. That’s when they added a member and started up with Camden Welles. The band features Andy Tongren, Julian Dimagiba, and Steve Patrick, all from Young Rising Sons. In 2019 the band released two songs, “About You” and “Pretty Ugly” and so far in 2020 the band has released an EP and two additional singles – “Famous on the Internet” and “I Could Die Right Now.” The song we’re featuring was released at the end of April.
