3 Doors Down’s latest album Time Of My Life has already yielded 2 hit singles, but that doesn’t mean that the band is having an easy time picking the third. “We are getting ready to release another single; we’re just not sure which one to release yet,” Arnold told Alternative Addiction during a recent interview. I think it might be the song “What’s Left” or maybe “Heaven.” We’ve gotten a great response from playing both of those songs on the road, especially “Heaven” it seems like everyone can relate to that song.”Arnold says the band is proud of their latest album, one which for the first time in their career they decided to bring in writers outside of the band to work with. “Everybody speaks their own language when they are writing music,” explained Arnold. “We’ve all played together long enough that we all speak each other’s language but it’s nice to get outside that box and go write with somebody else to learn their language.” 3 Doors Down is currently on tour with Pop Evil and Theory of a Deadman with dates running through early November. The band will then play their annual festival to support the Better Life Foundation on November 18 and 19 with special guests Seether. A proceeds from the festival will go to support the band’s foundation to help those less fortunate. Arnold said the band has plans to continue touring in 2012 including a string of dates in Europe in February. “The record is really growing over there in Europe,” said Arnold. “We’ve been playing over there for 12 years and its just starting to snowball finally to the point where we can play some arenas.” Look for 3 Doors Down’s latest album, Time Of My Life in stores now.
