Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea has put his 3,561 square feet home in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles up for sale.
According to Variety, Flea has put his home on the market at $2.97 million. Flea and his wife Frankie Rayder, a fashion model, bought the home about four years ago for $2.47 million.
Besides five bedrooms and four-and-one-half bathrooms, the property features added luxuries including a vast lap-lane pool and spa. The property has been listed at real estate firm Compass.
The couple had earlier sold a property they had bought for a little under $4 million in 2008, to comedian Jack Black for under $6 million a couple of years later. They still own a two-plus-acre compound in Malibu’s Encinal Bluffs, which they bought for $9.98 million in 2006.
