The Indie Song of the Day comes from Los Angeles four-piece Love Ghost. The band infuses their grunge sound with a lot of violin and some of their songs are more orchestral than they are indie sounding. Still, their sound is incredibly interesting. Love Ghost features two members still in high school and their music tackles real subjects like mental illness, heartache, and lots of other personal subjects. So far the band has toured Ireland, Japan, and the western U.S. They’ll keep releasing singles throughout 2019, so look for them to continue to build their audience.
