Dashboard Confessional announced on Monday that the band’s career-spanning debut compilation album, The Best Ones of the Best Ones, will be released on January 31. The compilation features songs from all of Dashboard Confessional’s seven albums and full performances of the band’s second and third albums. “The fact that my music has had an effect on any body’s life besides mine is so humbling, and one of the greatest parts of that has been getting to know the people who have become fans over the years,” lead singer Chris Carrabba said in statement. The release of The Best Ones of the Best Ones will be followed by the Boca Raton rock band’s 20th anniversary tour. The Get Up Kids and Piebald will support the band on select dates. Sale of general admission tickets will begin on September 20 at 10 a.m. local time. Citi card members will have pre-sale access of tickets September 17 through September 19.
