Fall Out Boy has earned their fourth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart with their latest release M A N I A.
The set earned 130,000 equivalent album units in the week ending January 25, according to Nielsen Music. Of that, 117,000 were in traditional album sales. The remainder of its equivalent album unit sum is comprised of TEA units (2,000) and SEA units (11,000). The band previously hit No. 1 with its full-lengths American Beauty/American Psycho (2015) (which hit No. 1 with 218,000 units, of which 192,000 were in traditional album sales), Save Rock and Roll (2013) and Infinity on High (2007).
M A N I A is the group’s seventh full-length studio set and was released on January 19 through Island Records.
