In celebration of their upcoming tour, multi-platinum selling rock band Simple Plan has teamed up with State Champs and We The Kings for the release of a brand new single. “Where I Belong,” a fun and energetic song that captures the spirit of live music, is out now.
“We’re extremely excited about our upcoming tour with our friends State Champs and We The Kings and we wanted to find a way to make these shows even more special and memorable for our fans,” shares Simple Plan. “That’s how we came up with the idea of releasing brand new music and our first new song in over 3 years, just a few weeks ahead of the first date of the tour.” he band continues: “This song is a celebration of 3 bands coming together, collaborating and doing something unique for the pure love of music. It’s back-to-basics, in your face, full of energy and fun with heartfelt lyrics; exactly what our 3 bands love and stand-for. We wrote the song imagining ourselves playing it on stage and having our fans singing along with us at the top of their lungs. Going to shows, whether we’re playing them or just standing in the crowd, is where we belong, and we can’t wait to perform this song with State Champs and We The Kings every single night on this tour! We hope our fans will enjoy it.” Simple Plan is set to captivate audiences across the United States this fall on their upcoming co-headline tour with State Champs. Kicking off on October 29th, the tour also features We The Kings and Northbound.
