Foo Fighters, who released their last album, Concrete And Gold, in 2017, are set to start working on a new album soon. The band’s frontman Dave Grohl told the audience during their show at Brazil’s Rock In Rio last Saturday that they will be working on a brand new album after their return to California. “I don’t know when we’ll be back down here again, but we will,” Grohl said. “We go home next week and we start making a new Foo Fighters record. It’s good, it’s good.” The band released a surprise EP, 01070725, featuring some live recordings, demo songs and a few covers, through streaming services last week. Live covers of Arcade Fire’s “Keep The Car Running” and Dead Kennedys’ “Holiday In Cambodia,” both recorded in 2007, were included on the EP.
