The Indie Song of the Day comes from Provo Utah band The Solarists. The band started out in 2015 with Clint Purser, Nate Wall, and Justin Dunkley. Eventually they added Kaua Sprout months later. With songs like “Dream Girl” and “Young Blood”, The Solarists pride themselves on a mix of aggressive alt-rock with catchy pop-worthy melodies. They’ve toured the rockies and the western U.S. and they’re looking to spread their music even as they move forward into 2019 with their CRYPTK EP. The song we’re featuring today is from that EP.
