CRUISR

All Over EP
Artwork

CRUISR, a Philadelphia outfit led by Andy States shows some serious promise on their EP “All Over.” The new EP is their debut with Vagrant Records and even though it’s only three songs long, these three songs are more than enough to get me pumped for the full-length that’s slated to come out in 2015. The three songs include the title track and currently single, “All Over.” The song can be likened to a Spill Canvas pop song. There’s no mashing guitar, but the melody is fairly similar (the title is fairly similar to a Spill Canvas song too.) “Kidnap me” has a reggae sound to it with a hook that would make the Magic! guys proud. Finishing off the EP is “Don’t Go Alone” which is just a good pop song that’s fun to listen and sing along to. CRUISR flashes some serious potential on the new EP and is sure to leave their fans ready for a full-length debut.
