Nickelback Taps Live for Canadian Tour

Nickelback will be hitting the road starting in January in support of its latest effort "All the Right Reasons". The Canadian leg of the North American tour will begin Jan. 17 in Prince George, British Columbia, with Live opening.


Nickelback will be hitting the road starting in January in support of its latest effort "All the Right Reasons". The Canadian leg of the North American tour will begin Jan. 17 in Prince George, British Columbia, with Live opening.  On the U.S. side, which opens Jan. 30 in Duluth, Minn., Trapt will support.

Nine U.S. dates and 12 Canadian stops through mid-February were confirmed at deadline, with the itinerary expected to stretch into March.

Released in October, "All the Right Reasons" debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 and has sold 1.3 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.  Live will be touring in support of their new album expected in early 2006.  The new album will be Live's first at the new label home Epic.  (See Article)  Trapt is touring is support of their 2005 release "Someone In Control)
