Bring Me The Horizon canceled the remainder of their U.S. tour after frontman Oli Sykes ruptured his vocal cord and was ordered by doctors to rest his voice.

The band had two dates on their trek left -- one in in Phoenix on February 15 and another in Las Vegas on February 16.

Sykes shared the news with fans, saying, "I'm gutted to announce we have to cancel the remainder of our American tour. I've ruptured my right vocal chord, and I've been told if I don't rest it immediately I'm in serious danger of doing permanent damage."

"I've been trying my best to fulfill our commitments as I really really hate letting you guys down, not to mention these shows have been literally the most fun ever," he added. "But at this point me singing would be the equivalent of a footballer running on a broken leg.. once again I'm so sorry, I hope you all understand."

Bring Me The Horizon's First Love tour was in support of the band's first No. 1 album in the U.K., amo. Both Fever 333 and Thrice were on the tour as support.

Fever 333 tweeted, "We have been made aware that due to unforeseen circumstances the remaining dates of the 'First Love' tour with Bring Me The Horizon have been postponed."

"To those friends and allies who had planned on attending our demonstrations, we will be back in Arizona March 23 at rock102.1kgfma Day and Vegas very soon to let them know-there's a fever coming," the band added.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, our shows with @bmthofficial and @fever333 in Phoenix and Las Vegas today and tomorrow have been canceled. Refunds are available at point of purchase," Thrice tweeted.
